The copyrights in the photography production shall remain the property of
Surya Wedding Films in accordance with the Copyright, Design and Patents Act
1998. Clients are entitled to private usage rights, but may not allow
material to be transmitted on TV, press or the internet without the
producer's consent. The client hereby acknowledges that infringement of
Surya Wedding Films' copyright is unlawful and may be a criminal offence.

The "Surya Wedding Films" logo is owned by Surya Wedding Films and can only
be used with written permission by Surya Wedding Films.

All items purchased through Surya Wedding Films, are non-refundable.  Once a
purchase has been made, we cannot refund cancellations.

Items will be dispatched within 28 days after receipt of cleared funds.

Surya Wedding Films will dispatch all items as 'signed-for' deliveries.

Surya Wedding Films cannot be held responsible for any losses or damage to
any materials incurred by a third party postal/courier service.

These terms and conditions of business shall be construed and applied in
accordance with the Law of England and shall be subject only to the
jurisdiction of the English courts.
